The founder

Attorney Ali BARGUI

The firm was founded in the early 1970s by late Attorney Ali Bargui. Graduated from German and French universities, Attorney Ali Bargui was the privileged counsel of many pioneer companies of the Tunisian export industry called “off shore” which emerged after the enactment of the so-called “1972” legislation. He enjoyed a strong reputation at the Tunis Bar.

After a career of over 35 years, Attorney Ali Bargui passed away in 2007 following a long battle with illness.
